How are my designs at Watercolour Plans created?

At Watercolour Plans, my designs start out as purchased clip art. Then, using a drawing program and imagination, I alter, modify, and combine pieces to create unique, one-of-a-kind images.  I hope these images will bring joy and add a touch of watercolour to your planning and journaling experience.


Do colours appear exactly the same in person?

I hope you will understand that the colours on these items may vary slightly due to inaccuracies in photos and monitor screens. These minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.


Will 3D printed items appear exactly the same in person?

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in texture, finish, or layer lines may be present. These characteristics are normal and part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.


When will my order ship?

Orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Canada within 5–7 business days. During busy seasons or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer.


How are Canadian orders shipped?

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post using un-tracked mail. Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on location and postal conditions.


Are international orders tracked?

Yes. All international orders, including the United States, United Kingdom, and select European countries, are shipped with tracking. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.


My order hasn’t arrived yet - what should I do?

Shipping times are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur due to postal volume or customs processing.

  • For Canadian un-tracked orders, please allow 21 business days from the ship date.

  • For tracked international orders, please check the tracking link first.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after these time frames, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to help where possible.


Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of stickers and paper goods, returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and we can discuss a suitable resolution. Photos may be requested to help assess the issue.


Are you responsible for lost or stolen packages?

Once an order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery is outside of my control. Orders marked as “Delivered” are not eligible for replacement. For un-tracked Canadian shipments, replacements are not guaranteed, but I am always happy to discuss possible options.


Will I have to pay customs fees?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
