Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of stickers and paper goods, returns are not accepted.

However, I truly want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue—such as receiving the incorrect item or an item arriving damaged—please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and we can discuss a suitable resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In some cases, I may request photos to better understand the issue.


Please Note:

  • Items damaged due to normal use are not eligible for replacement

  • Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects
